Starting as a classical violinist, Robert Frost quickly gravitated towards music. However, it was his discovery of UK favorites Coldplay and Radiohead that sparked daydreams of playing in front of millions of people and living the high life as a musician. With these big goals in mind, he recognized that his future no longer resided where he had grown up in Suburban Detroit, but rather, to a place where people had similar goals. He moved to Saint Paul, Minnesota in 2008 to attend McNally Smith College of Music knowing that one day he would receive a bachelor's degree in Music Production.
Fast forward to 2012, Frost has recorded several albums and EPs for local Twin Cities talent. He also produces, manages, and performs with his own group Youth At Large. In addition to his freelance work, Frost has worked at more established events, venues and studios such as; Amsterdam Bar and Hall, Cake In 15 Music Blog, Humans Win! Recording Studio, Minnesota Public Radio, Pitchfork Music Festival 2011, SXSW 2012, ValleyFair! Amusement Park.
